The SLPO will carry out the project implementation according to the PIMs, Environmental and Social management plan and Indigenous People’s Policy approved in a manner satisfactory to the IDA. 

The SLPO will be in charge of the day-to-day management and implementation of all project activities, including preparation of annual project implementation plans, progress reports, annual financial management reports, preparation of project completion reports, etc; monitoring and evaluation, and actual implementation including procurement, disbursement, organization of training, workshops, study tours, etc.
