Capacity Building and Project Management |

This component would finance all the necessary functions to ensure effective, efficient, and timely implementation and management of all project activities at the national level. This includes financing of:
- Capacity building;
- Sustainable Livelihoods Program Office (SLPO) at the national level;
- Aimag level SLPUs and soum level staff;
- General project support.
The project management will include a robust monitoring and evaluation system to ensure compliance with all fiduciary and safeguard policies of the Bank and GoM and a dynamic training program for all the project staff to maximize their potential
Under operations and management costs, the project would finance operational costs such as vehicles and equipment, updates of software (in particular MIS), and SLPO consultant fees, as well as recurrent costs of SLPO, and office equipment and vehicle operations and maintenance.
